Applied Experience Program

Members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada aspiring to designated status must complete the requirements of the Applied Experience Program.
These include:

  • successful completion of all education and curriculum requirements leading to the designation of choice (either CRA or AACI);
  • successful completion of the AIC Professional Practice Seminar within the five-year period preceding the member’s joining the AEP, and successful completion of the required mentored experience;
  • successful completion of the Applied Experience written examination; and
  • successful completion of the oral Professional Competency Interview.
