How to use this Directory:

The appraisers are listed by location, with the cities/towns listed alphabetically. Under each location heading, appraisers are listed alphabetically by name.

Should you wish to engage an appraiser to perform an appraisal for a fee, check the “Fee Appraiser” section under each city/town listing. Members in this section are available for fee assignments; please note that those denoted with an asterisk ( * ) beside the name require appraisals to be co-signed by an AACI or CRA.

The “Non Fee Appraisers” section of this Directory lists appraisers employed by government departments, financial institutions and other companies. These members are not available for fee assignments.

All fee appraisers listed in this Directory are registered to practice real estate appraisals in Nova Scotia at the time of printing and all appraisal reports prepared by them must display the 6-digit registration number.
